Endrick was born on July 21, 2006, in a place called Taguatinga, in Brazil. He had real rough start, from living in an orphanage to Palmeiras and then to Real Madrid. The Brazilian wonder kid shocked the football world by becoming Real Madrid's youngest foreign goalscorer in La Liga history at just 18 years old. He is a left-footed player, and his finishing reminds everyone of Brazilian legendary players like Ronaldo and Romario. After scoring an incredible 165 goals in 169 youth games while he was playing for Palmeiras, Real Madrid paid €60 million to bring him to Spain, which makes him one of the expensive teenagers in football history. And at Endrick age, he's also married to a model, Gabriely Miranda.
Endrick shines with Real Madrid in La Liga, averaging 6.76 this season, following a move from Palmeiras where he won two Serie A titles. Known for his elite movement (93.85) and dribbling (70.80), he’s set to feature in key fixtures against Osasuna and Mallorca. Recently added a FIFA Intercontinental Cup to his honors.
Endrick family comprises his father, Douglas de Sousa Silva Ramos, who played as a professional footballer for multiple small clubs but couldn’t make it big. He eventually joined Palmeiras as a janitor. He even abandoned his family for around six months to try to pursue football with several clubs, but returned eventually. Endrick and other members of the family had to live in an orphanage when their father abandoned them. His mother, Cintia, is a housewife. He has a younger brother, Noah, and two sisters as well.
Endrick, meanwhile, started playing football when he was just four years old. His father would upload his skills and goals on YouTube to gain publicity from clubs. He even trained at a Real Madrid camp in Brazil with his friends at the age of 8. He became inspired to become a big footballer after seeing the poor financial condition at his home.
He is inspired by footballing legend Cristiano Ronaldo. In an interview, he also hailed Sir Bobby Charlton as his idol, along with the likes of Vinicius Jr. and Rodrygo Goes.
