Indonesia vs Australia Player Ratings as Socceroos struggle to secure a win | World Cup Qualifiers

Indonesia played home against Australia at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium in the second match of the third round of the 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers on Tuesday, September 10.

The Socceroos came into the game on the back of a shocking defeat to Bahrain in their last game. Australia were unbeaten in their last nine games against Indonesia and have now extended that run to 10 matches. Despite having 72% possession and 11 shots on target, Australia struggled to secure a point on the night.

Indonesia, meanwhile, drew 1-1 with Saudi Arabia in their last game and were denied a dream start to the third round of the qualifiers.

However, their respective positions made little difference on Tuesday as the match between both of them ended in a goalless draw. Another disappointing night for Australia as their wastefulness in front of the goal cost them two crucial points.

Australia will next take on China at home on October 10 and will head to Japan five days later. The draw also means that Shin Tae-Yong’s side have lost just once in their last seven AFC World Cup qualifying matches.

So, let’s have a close look at the Indonesia vs Australia player ratings:
