Manchester United still haven’t gotten over Manuel Ugarte, pushing the deal to be finalised soon
Manchester United get their attention back to Uruguayan midfielder Manuel Ugarte. The club with the most Premier League titles are reported “close” to signing the player as the negotiation is entering the final stage.
Earlier in July, Ugarte was reportedly agree to join United on personal terms. However, the process was stalling as The Red Devils and Paris Saint-Germain, are not meeting the deal for the transfer fee.
This makes United turn their attention to Noussair Mazraoui and Matthijs de Ligt from Bayern Munich which was successfully landed in Manchester. But apparently, United is still not getting over Ugarte and that is why the issue has emerged to the surface once again. source: 90min
