OFFICIAL: Romelu Lukaku finally leaves Chelsea on a permanent transfer
Chelsea forward Romelu Lukaku has finally confirmed his long-awaited transfer to Napoli in a £30m deal. The 31-year-old striker would reunite with his former manager Antonio Conte and has signed a three-year contract with the Italian giants.
Lukaku played two prolific seasons under Conte during their spell together at Inter Milan from 2019 to 2021. The Belgium international has scored 64 goals in 95 games under Conte’s management and will hope to revive his form this season.
He spent the last season on loan at Roma and scored 13 league goals.
