The new era at Liverpool under Arne Slot began with a 2-0 win at Portman Road while Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal also started strong securing a comfortable 2-0 victory over Gary O’Neil’s side.

Brighton’s 31-year-old manager Fabian Hurzeler celebrated his first league match win with a 3-0 triumph at Goodison Park.
