Manchester United won the race to sign Sekou Kone from Guidars FC. Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano wrote that The Red Devils led the way to sign the Mali international, beating other “several clubs”.
Kone will train in Carrington for many years, at least that is what Romano reported in his X post. United consider Kone as a top talent and designing a long-term plan for him to be a proper footballer.
Kone has rocked the international football stage by playing in the U17 World Cup in 2023. In that tournament, the 18-year-old player collected two assists throughout the tournament, taking Mali all the way to the semifinal.
