Benfica midfielder Joao Neves have reportedly agreed to a move to Ligue 1 side PSG who will pay €70m for the talented teenager. The Red Devils are looking to bolster their midfield options and have eyed a move for PSG midfielder Manuel Ugarte.
Now with the arrival of Neves, PSG will be more susceptible to a sale for the Uruguayan midfielder who is expected to move after just one year at the French capital. Man United have reportedly agreed on personal terms with the 23-year-old midfielder.
But the Premier League giants would also need to foresee a number of departures in order to make a move for Ugarte.
