Barcelona secured a convincing 0-3 victory against Alaves after Robert Lewandowski scored in the seventh, 22nd, and 32nd minute. This hat trick took his league tally to ten goals in nine matches and has a total of 12 goals in 11 games in all competitions. This victory moved Barcelona three points back in front of Real Madrid before the international break.
