Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford has been making waves not only for his ball playing skills, but also for his impressive business acumen.

His off-the-field business seems to be quite impressive, with him reportedly earning millions through it. According to Daily Mirror, he has built a property empire worth around £15 million through his companies – MUCS Enterprises, MUCS Properties, and MUCS Investments.

He is not alone in this venture as former Premier League players like Harry Kane and Micah Richards have also amassed substantial property portfolios. Kane has a portfolio valued at over £13 million, while Richards has also profited significantly from property investments.

Meanwhile, the 26-year-old had a mixed 2023/24 season, marked by fewer goals than usual, though he did secure another FA Cup winners’ medal by the end of the campaign.

Rashford was also absent from the England squad for Euro 2024 with Former manager Gareth Southgate noting that other players had more impactful seasons. This exclusion, however, has allowed Rashford to dedicate himself fully to Manchester United’s pre-season.

He has featured for at least 45 minutes in four of the five friendly matches played so far, though he missed the game against Rangers due to a minor injury. Fully recovered, Rashford is gearing up for the Community Shield against Manchester City this weekend.

Charity work and business ventures undertaken by Marcus Rashford

Outside of football, Marcus Rashford has received widespread recognition for his remarkable charitable work. His most notable achievement was his successful campaign in 2020 to provide free school meals for children during the Christmas period.

In addition to his work on school meals, Rashford launched a book club designed to help underprivileged children develop their reading skills. This project aims to make books more accessible to young readers who might not otherwise have the opportunity to enjoy them. Rashford has also taken steps to broaden his impact by learning sign language, demonstrating his commitment to inclusivity and communication.

These significant contributions to society were recognised when Rashford was awarded an MBE (Member of the Order of the British Empire) in October 2020. This honour reflects his dedication to improving the lives of others and his ability to use his platform for positive change.
