Manchester United forward Anthony Martial will leave the club when his contract with the Red Devils expires in June. The 28-year-old Frenchman arrived at Old Trafford for £36m from Monaco in the summer of 2015.
Despite some remarkable performances in the first few seasons, Martial struggled to live up to expectations as injuries and inconsistent performances blighted his final few years at the club.

The Frenchman becomes the second player after Raphael Varane to leave Old Trafford as a free agent in the summer. His departure was expected, as he struggled with a groin injury and has been out of the squad for several months this season.
His last appearance for the Red Devils was a 3-0 home defeat by Bournemouth on 9 December. The forward has been absent with a groin injury since then and returned to first-team training back in April but never made the first-team squad again.
The 28-year-old Frenchman has made 317 appearances for Manchester United, registering 90 goals and 47 assists in the process.
“It’s with great emotion that I write to you today to say goodbye,” he wrote on social media.
“After nine incredible years at the club, the time has come for me to turn a new page in my career. Since I arrived in 2015, I have had the immense honour of wearing this shirt and playing in front of you, the best supporters in the world!
“You have been an unwavering support, through the good times and the difficult. Your passion and loyalty have been a constant source of motivation for me.
“Manchester United will always be in my heart.”
