Casemiro eyes Saudi move with Al-Ittihad approaching

Casemiro is getting closer to the Saudi move with rumours about it having been circulating online recently. One prominent name to put interest in the Brazilian is Al-Ittihad as L’Equipe reported that the board members are serious about signing him.

The French media outlet reported that Al-Ittihad are going aggressive this summer aiming for some big names. Casemiro is not the only well-known figure to be on the target list. The likes of Marquinhos (Paris Saint-Germain), Moussa Diaby (Aston Villa), and Houssem Aouar (AS Roma) are also reported to be lured by the Saudi-side.

Casemiro will be a part of something big

Not only players, Al-Ittihad are also trying to sign a coach following the departure of Marcelo Gallardo who openly expressed his fallout with Karim Benzema. Laurent Blanc was mentioned to be a top priority list for the managerial post.

Casemiro himself has been struggling since his much-anticipated arrival from Real Madrid. It was mostly about consistency as the Red Devils are struggling in multiple tournaments despite his appearance.

Legally, he is still in-contract with the Old Trafford-based side until 2026, but money is not an issue for a club like Al-Ittihad. With their financial ability, Casemiro will have a decent preparation for his life after playing, considering the amount of money he can save for that occasion.
