Chelsea 1-1 Inter Milan: Player Ratings from the game as the Blues snatch a draw in the last minute

The final pre-season game between Chelsea and Inter Milan ended in a stalemate at Stamford Bridge as they prepare for the upcoming season. Despite dominating the game in the first half, Enzo Maresca’s side found themselves a goal behind after Inter’s Marcus Thuram had a stunning strike around the hour mark.

Chelsea were going to face their third defeat of the pre-season but substitute Lesley Ugochukwu turned the game with the final game of the encounter. Chelsea had 21 shots on target with an expected goal (xG) of 2.27 but would need to require to improve in front of the goal as they face Manchester City in the season opener.

Inter Milan should be happy with their defensive display as they start their title defence away to Genoa on August 17.
