“My Answer is…” EXO Star Kai once chose his favourite player between the two greats Messi and Ronaldo

Once a time in 2019, EXO’s Kai converged the fans of music and football after his comment on eight-time Ballon d’Or winner Lionel Messi. During an interaction, the EXO star responded to a question regarding Argentine football icon Lionel Messi, which sparked a wave of football fans who are now K-pop fans. Kim, who has been recently discharged after completing his 21-month mandatory military service posted an Instagram story to give his fans an update.

In an interview with W Korea, Kai had to answer 56 questions, and one of them was linked to the two footballing greats. When the host asked the celebrity to choose between Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, Kai responded Messi immediately. The EXO star made it clear the he is a huge fan of Messi, which drew laughter from the crew that were involved in the interview.

Kai said, “Don’t even ask me! My answer has always been Messi ever since I made my debut! It was Messi from the first place!” Numerous football fans have already reaffirmed their passion for K-Pop and EXO after Kai caused a stir on social media.

Some football fans have even changed their minds about K-Pop after seeing Kai’s answer.

Lionel Messi has been praised by many of the Stars from other professions but recently his ex-teammate, Sergio Ramos shared his thoughts about the Argentine World Cup winner.

Following the defender’s move to Mexico, new Monterrey defender Sergio Ramos said that he had a great experience and excitement facing Messi and then being a teammate for Paris Saint Germain. He also opined, “He’s in the MLS, but that gives us the chance to meet in the future. We just need to take it one step at a time and see what happens.”
