Former Nigeria coach Jose Peseiro linked with Saudi Pro League League club Al-Riyadh SC’s managerial job

As per ‘Daily Post Nigeria’ and further backed by ‘Soccernet. ng‘, former Nigeria national football team coach Jose Peseiro has received interest from Saudi Pro League club Al-Riyadh SC. The Middle East club is potentially looking to appoint Peseiro as their next manager in order to replace Odair Hellman, whose contract with the club expired on June 30, 2024.

The 64-year-old Portuguese football manager has been out of work since leaving his position as the Super Eagles (Nigeria) first-team coach in the early part of the year 2024. As of now, there have been no official contacts made between Al-Riyadh and Jose Peseiro, but to the bare eye, a potential deal looks more than possible, considering both parties need a potential suitor going into the 2024-25 season.
