Bayern 3-0 Augsburg Player ratings as Harry Kane’s hat-trick overpower the Violets

Bayern Munich defeated Augsburg 3-0 to extend their lead at the top of the Bundesliga after a hattrick from England Captain, Harry Kane. He added his tally to 20 goals this season as Bayern remain unbeaten in the league. Much of the night was frustrating for the Bavarians as they were heled goalless but then after Kane’s first spot-kick just after the hour mark changes the course of the game.

Jamal Musiala had 10 of Bayern’s 31 shots in the match and was denied by the opposition goalkeeper Nedilijiko Labrovic on six occasions. Kane completed his hattrick after Goertzka’s long ball superbly controlled in the air and then headed home pas the fallen goalkeeper.

Midfielders

Joshua Kimmich: 8.3/10- Poor from the player as he balloons an effort over from the edge of the box with his weaker foot after smart work again from Musiala to set him up. He tries his luck from quite a way out, but his dipping effort goes over the crossbar.

Leon Goretzka: 8.7/10- Had a great evening as a midfielder. It was a fantastic cross from him for the third goal.

Jamal Musiala: 8.4/10- Had 10 shots on goal for his team and was outstanding in also creating chances. He helped the team in creating three chances for his side.

Attackers

Kingsley Coman: 8.0/10- The French attacker maintained pressure for the left side of the pitch. He had three shots on goal and created five opportunities for his team.

Michael Olise: 7.8/10- He had a great game from the right side of the attack. He had three shots on goal and created a chance for his team.

Harry Kane: 9.7/10- Made no mistake from the spot. A slight stutter before sending Labrovic the wrong way and into the roof of the net. Kane acrobatically controls Goretzka’s cross before providing an easy third goal with a header.

Serge Gnabry: 6.0/10- Came on to replace Kingsley Coman at the 76th minute.

Konrad Laimer: 6.1/10- He came on to replace Raphael Guerreiro.

Leroy Sane: 6.0/10- He was brought on to replace Michael Olise.

Jeffrey Gouweleeuw: 6.4/10- He did somewhat good at the heart of the defence. He was involved in eight defensive actions and made three recoveries for his team.

Keven Schlotterbeck: 4.9/10- Was shown a second yellow card on the last phase of the game. He did well on several occasions to defelect attacker’s cross for a corner. he also received the first yellow card of the evening, bringing down Olise by pulling his shirt.

Marius Wolf: 6.3/10- The right midfielder had a fair game for his team. He made two passes into the final third for his team and made five recoveries for his team.

Frank Onyeka: 6.6/10- The central midfielder had a good game at the heart of the midfield maintaining a passing accuracy of 80 percent. He was involved in 10 defensive actions and made two recoveries for his side.
