Brentford have made things worse for Leicester City by thrashing them at the Brentford Community Stadium on Saturday. They were ruthless in attack and made the most of their chances after going behind early in the game.
Facundo Buonanotte gave the away side a surprise lead after Jamie Vardy did all the hard. The Leicester City loanee shushed the fans after scoring and it got them rallying behind the home side.
The fans pushing their players saw the home side take just 4 minutes to equalize. Kevin Schade assisted the first goal and then ended his goal drought by scoring just before the half-hour mark.
The Brentford man added one more goal before halftime but completed his hat trick in the second half.
Brentford player ratings vs Leicester City
Goalkeeper
Mark Flekken – 6: Had very little to do today and should have done a lot better for the goal. Got pulled out of position and that gave Leicester an open goal to score.
Defender
Sepp van den Berg – 7.5: What a solid performance at the back! He was happy to charge forward when needed but managed to keep coming back in time to defend.
Nathan Collins – 8: Did a lot of the hard work today as Pinnock was not at his best today. Kept Vardy quiet and then handled every single attack well.
Ethan Pinnock – 7: Jamie Vardy eased past him for the Leicester goal that played on his mind for the entire game. Looked shaky at the back and could not go the basics right.
Keane Lewis-Potter – 6: Played as the attacking defender today and was more often than not in the opponent’s half. However, his attacking output was not great.
Midfielders
Mathias Jensen – 6.5: Started the game well but got injured in the first half. Had to be taken off as he could not continue.
Christian Nørgaard – 7.5: Was good every time he got on the ball he he controlled the right side. He even came close to scoring but his shot was over the bar.
Mikkel Damsgaard – 7: Stayed on the pitch for 70 minutes, but his involvement was very limited.
Forwards
Bryan Mbeumo – 6.5: A game to forget for him as nothing went right for him. Did not get a single shot away and will not get the assist for the second goal as it was deflected before the ball reached Schade.
Kevin Schade – 10: Hardly got on the ball today, but whenever he did, it was a goal. Brilliant hat-trick and also got the assist for the first goal.
Yoane Wissa – 8: The kind of performance you expect from him. Always available inside the box to attack and that paid off early in the game.

Mads Hermansen – 5: Made just 2 saves today and conceded four times. Should have done a lot better for every single goal today.
Defenders
Wout Faes – 4.5: He never looked comfortable today and it is no surprise that he was the worst player today. Got beaten with ease and was running out of position without any need.
Conor Coady – 6: Decent compared to the others but still not good enough to get his side anything from the game.
Caleb Okoli – 5: Started off well but had to go off as he got injured in the first half. Leicester City might have done better if he was on the pitch.
