Luke Paul Hoare Shaw was born on 12th July 1995 in Kingston upon Thames town of England. Shaw has a clear love for football from an early age. At the age of eight, he joined the Southampton youth academy. His extraordinary skill and commitment made him a player to watch right away, setting the stage for an incredible football career.

He went to Rydens Enterprise School and Chandlers Field Primary School, where he assisted the Under-15 team in making it to the English Schools’ FA Cup semi-finals. Luke Shaw played 6 games for England’s under-16 national team in 2011, giving him his first experience in international junior football. He played his 1st match in February of that year against Slovenia. Later on, he played in the Montaigu Tournament in April, when he defeated Uruguay to score his first goal for his squad. In August, he played his 1st game in the under-17 team against Italy. He played in 8 games within his 7-month tenure with the national football team. Finally, on February 27, 2014, Luke Shaw got a chance to the England senior team for the first time in a friendly match against Denmark.
