Lautaro Martinez secured a late win for Argentina in their Copa America 2024 clash against Chile. The Inter Milan striker found the back of the net in the 88th minute to hand La Albiceleste all three points. Chile’s valiant effort, though, deserves its plaudits.
Argentina had the lion’s share of the ball and threatened the Chilean goal on a number of occasions. However, it was not until the dying embers of the game that they found the back of the net.
