France 2-0 Belgium player ratings as the blues ended the international break with a victory

France secured their first victory in their UEFA Nations League group stage after defeating Belgium 2-0 at the Groupama Stadium in France. Kolo Muani and Ousmane Dembele were the goalscorers for France in the convincing victory. France came into this game after a 1-3 defeat over Italy in the first game of the international break.

Belgium did not look good but they went close through Dude Lukebakio and Lois Openda but were punished for their profligate showing when Kolo Muani slammed the opener just after the half hour mark. Didier Deshchamps’ side then went on to dominate the game and Dembele went on to score a fine individual goal at the 57th minute. De Ketelaere treid to add some impetus to Belgium’s game but France were in the mood to see out the game comfortably with their two-goal lead.
