New Barcelona manager Hansi Flick Inflicted his opinion on Lamine Yamal

La Liga club Barcelona‘s new manager Hansi Flick recently attended his first presentation at the Spanish club. Flick inflicted that he has been impressed by the way the club fosters the youth and further talked about Barca’s young and emerging superstar Lamine Yamal.

Lamine is part of the Spanish national team that recently clinched the UEFA Euro 2024 trophy. He was one of the stand-out performers for his country in the tournament. The 16-year-old will miss Barca’s pre-season tour to the USA as he will be on vacation after a well-fought Euros. Hansi Flick was pretty vocal about his admiration for the player in his presentation.

“He (Lamine Yamal) is doing an impressive job. Since last year, he has improved a lot and is gradually rising”. The German further asserted – “His performance in Euro was incredible, he’s on a fantastic growth path, but even great players can keep improving. The important thing is for him to keep his feet on the ground”.

From Flick’s statements, a sense of excitement towards Yamal’s talent and experience analysis of what needs to be done going ahead can be depicted. For sure, Barca fans would be eager to find out how their 16-year-old winger will do under the elite manager from Germany. Fingers crossed!
