In the latest twist of celebrity drama, Manchester City star Kyle Walker has come forward to address the rumors surrounding his alleged involvement with Lauryn Goodman. The footballer has categorically stated that Goodman ‘meant nothing’ to him, emphasizing that there were ‘no feelings’ involved.
Kyle Walker’s claims “No Feelings Involved”
The Man City star, 33, has separated from his pregnant wife, Annie Kilner, 31 after it appeared that he had a daughter from model Lauryn last summer. Now, One of his friends denies that Walker has any emotional connection with Lauryn Goodman.
A friend of Walker said: “Kyle is very much in the wrong with his escapades but there was no proper relationship with Lauryn. It was effectively just a very, very quick fleeting thing while he was in the area. Yes, things happened a few times but there were no feelings, and certainly no romance.”
According to a source: “It could get very messy indeed but hopefully things can remain civil for the sake of the children. It’s a very delicate situation, to say the least.”
Last week, Walker publicly apologised for his unfaithfulness, writing: “Annie is an amazing woman and I can only apologise for the upset I’ve caused her. She’s been part of my life for so long and that will never change for the sake of our children.”
Following Kyle Walker’s publically apologise to Lauryn Goodman, the footballer’s estranged wife took to Instagram to announce their separation, stating, “Sadly, after many years of marriage and three wonderful children together, I have decided to take some time away from Kyle. I do not wish to comment on the position any further.”
The 32-year-old influencer, who came to fame on reality show The Only Way is Essex, told The Sun: “I kept saying to Kyle, ‘You need to tell her. You need to tell Annie that you are our daughter’s father and you are having a relationship with your children.”
As a key player for Manchester City, Walker’s personal life often finds itself under the scrutiny of both fans and the media. The defender’s high-profile career and status as a sports icon add an extra layer of intrigue to the unfolding drama.
