Liverpool 2-0 Brentford: Player ratings as Diaz and Salah take down the Bees

Liverpool overcame Brentford 2-0 in their first home game of the 2024-25 Premier League season. Luis Diaz and Mohamed Salah were the scorers for the Reds, who made it two wins from two. With six points in the bag, Arne Slot’s side are in fourth position right now, behind only Manchester City, Brighton, and Arsenal in goal difference.
