Manchester United learn asking price for Matthijs de Ligt and Noussair Mazraoui transfers

The Red Devils will step up their pursuit of Bayern Munich defensive duo Matthijs de Ligt and Noussair Mazraoui, who are eager to make a switch to Old Trafford this summer.

Erik ten Hag is in the market for a new central defender after Leny Yoro was ruled out for three months. United have agreed on personal terms with both De Ligt and Mazraoui, but are yet to agree on a fee with Bayern Munich.

The Bavarians rejected United’s latest offer of £51m as they are demanding £64m for both De Ligt and Mazraoui.
