Mexico national football team will aim for a positive outcome on Tuesday against a side who are winless in their two games in 2024. They will play two more international friendlies against Uruguay and Brazil on June 6 and June 9, respectively, before they prepare for the upcoming Copa America in the United States.
Uruguay national football team, meanwhile, saw their five-game unbeaten streak end with their 2-1 loss to Ivory Coast in a March friendly. They find themselves in Group C with the likes of Bolivia, Panama, and USA. They will be aiming to register their first win of this calendar year.

Mexico vs Uruguay Prediction
While both sides have maintained their dominance on the international stage, Mexico will have a better chance in this friendly against a young Uruguay side. They claimed three victories in their final seven matches in 2023. El Tricolor sustained a defeat in the CONCACAF Nations League final against United States earlier this year.
Uruguay, meanwhile, will look to assert their dominance in the Copa America this time. The 16-time winners were without Marcelo Bielsa in their last tie against Costa Rica and the result of this game was a draw. The South American squad will also have some marquee first-team players return to the first-team fold.
Predicted Score: Mexico 1-3 Uruguay
