Premier League Clubs Eye for Harry Kane’s Signature, According to Reports

Manchester United are active in the ongoing transfer window but most of their business and signings will happen during the summer transfers cycle. After purchasing a 25% stake in the club, Sir Jim Ratcliffe is looking to boost the Red Devil’s squad on the field.

Harry Kane could be a primary target for Manchester United

Manchester United needs a strong comeback after a difficult season, with Erik Ten Hag eagerly looking to strengthen their unbalanced squad. According to BCC Journalist Luke Edwards, Sir Jim Ratcliffe could focus on signing Bayern München striker Harry Kane in the summer. The England international would be a perfect choice to play alongside Rasmus Hojlund.

While speaking on the BBC Transfer Gossip Daily, He stated:

“There’s [Victor] Osimhen at Napoli and there’s Harry Kane at Bayern Munich who I think Manchester United will be in for in the summer.

“I think it’s probably easier for Manchester United to sign him from Bayern Munich than it ever was going to be from Tottenham Hotspur – but is he going to want to come home?

“He’s just had his mate Eric Dier arrive to keep him company which is nice, and he’s doing well in Germany.”

He continued: “I don’t see Bayern Munich wanting to let him go in the summer, I don’t see Harry Kane wants to come back to England if I’m perfectly honest.”

Within the winter transfer window, the Red Devils released one of their forwards, Jadon Sancho, who returned to Borussia Dortmund again. And now they would be eyeing to avail one more striker in their squad.

No doubt, Kane is among the finest strikers and it’s difficult to find someone similar to him. However, the 30-year-old England international joined Bayern Munich on a four-year deal after ending his record-breaking career at Tottenham Hotspur.

If we look at his current stats in the Bundesliga, He has scored 22 goals and added 5 assists in 16 appearances till now.

It would not be an easy approach for Sir Jim Ratcliffe to convince Kane to return to the Premier League. but as we know what kind of formidable strength at the forward line Manchester United want. Let’s keep an eye on this interesting signing if it could happen in the future.
