The Galacticos have set eyes on 18-year-old centre-back Leny Yoro who has attracted interest from Liverpool, Manchester United and PSG. Real Madrid are in need of defensive reinforcements this summer following the departure of club legend Nacho.
Yoro has entered the final 12 months of his contract with Lille and the French club are demanding €40 million plus add-ons for his services. The 18-year-old defender had a breakout campaign with Lille after playing in 44 matches during the 2023-24 season.
With heavy interest from Liverpool and Manchester United, Real Madrid are closely monitoring the teenager’s situation who is widely expected to make a move this summer. According to reports, Yoro is personally favouring a move to Santiago Bernabeu but Real Madrid only wants to pay €20 million fixed fee for the defender.
Man United are willing to meet Lille’s demands of €40 million but are facing stiff competition from other European giants.
