Ever since his move to Everton from Blackburn Rovers, Jarrad Branthwaite has struggled for consistency and game despite a loan move to PSV Eindhoven. The loan spell proved to be the best possible move for Branthwaite as he thrived at the club as he played consistently keeping his alive at Everton.
However, various issues within the Premier League outfit has resulted in Jarrad Branthwaite finding a place in Sean Dyche’s squad. The 21-year-old has formed a strong defensive partnership with James Tarkowski for the Goodison Park side in their battle against relegation and it has seen his stock rise considerably.
A consistent string of fine performances by the English international has now led to different clubs monitoring his situation. Manchester United have been consistently linked with a move for the player and now reports have indicated that Real Madrid have registered an interest.

Real Madrid interested in signing Jarrad Branthwaite
According to GIVEMESPORT, the Los Blancos are keen on adding defensive reinforcements this summer and believe that the young 21-year-old center-back could be a right addition. The La Liga giants have shortlisted several options but believe that they stand ahead of the pack for Branthwaite because of Carlo Ancelotti. The Italian manager managed the Toffees for just eighteen months but made quite an impact at the club.
He also, reportedly, has a good relationship with the defender which is what makes Real Madrid confident that they could win the race. However, reports has also indicated that Manchester United continue to maintain a serious interest in the 21-year-old. Much like the Los Blancos, the Red Devils are also looking to sign defensive reinforcements and believe Branthwaite is the right player for them.
Yet, GIVEMESPORT has reported that despite all the interest, Everton are confident of getting a large fee for the young star as he only signed a contract extension in October. Thus as a result, the Toffees, even with their financial issues, are reportedly looking for a figure of at least £60 million for the 21-year-old.
