UEFA EURO 2024 GROUP E: Teams, Matches, Standings and Live Telecast Details

UEFA EURO 2024 in Germany marks the 17th edition of the tournament, which will run from June 14 – July 14. The draw which took place in December named the 21 qualified teams with three playoff spots divided into groups of four.

Belgium manager Domenico Tedesco will be desperate to lead his team as deep into the tournament as possible. The likes of Kevin De Bruyne, Jan Vertonghen, and Romelu Lukaku will be leading the nation as the only three players left from the esteemed Belgium ‘golden generation’ squad.

This will be the first major tournament that Romania has played since failing to qualify for the 2020 European championships. Teams present in Group E of UEFA Euro 2024 are:- Ukraine, Slovakia, Belgium and Romania.

UEFA Euro 2024 Group E Teams

Under UEFA Euro 2024 Group E, Ukraine manager Serhiy Rebrov has announced the preliminary squad of 26 players, with Andriy Lunin, Oleksandr Zinchenko and Mykhailo Mudryk as some of the biggest names in the squad. They are one of the favourites in Group E and captain Andriy Yarmolenko will be leading the squad.

Slovakia performed convincingly in the Euro qualifiers and only lost to Portugal in the group.

The Belgium squad will be led by Manchester City star Kevin de Bruyne who would be one of the most exciting players to watch in Euro 2024. Jan Vertonghen, Belgium’s record cap holder will also make his final appearance on the international level.

The Romanian team has named four goalkeepers in their provisional squad and one outfielder is set to miss the final squad which will be announced on June 7, 2024. They did not qualify for Euro 2020 despite being one of the host nations. They lack experience at the top level, as they have featured in only three European Championships this January
