Goalkeeper

Andre Onana – 5: The goalkeeper rolled back to his form from early last season where he was making mistakes. He cost them the match today with his poor performance.

Defenders

Leny Yoro – 6: A home debut for the youngster but not a memorable one. He looked good on the ball but hardly made any defensive actions.

Matthijs De Ligt – 6: Should have done a lot better for the third goal but he just kept looking at his teammates to help him out.

Lisandro Martinez – 5.5: The defender was easily beaten for the first goal and he never looked comfortable today. Played the whole game but more involved in keeping possession.

Midfielders

Amad Diallo – 8: He remains the one bright spark for Manchester United. Another superb performance and how Erik ten Hag had him benched would remain a mystery.

Kobbie Mainoo – 7: Decent match and was comfortable every time he got the ball. But the issues remains that he kept losing possession.

Manuel Ugarte – 7.5: He was similar to Mainoo, but and he too made similar mistakes as the teenager.

Diogo Dalot – 7: The right-back was playing a make-shift left wing-back today and still did decently well. He will get a lot of heat for the shot in the final minutes, but he was one of their better players today.

Bruno Fernandes – 6: Apart from the goal, there was very little Bruno did right today. He was aimlessly running around and fuming at his teammates for no reason.

Alejandro Garnacho – 6.5: He was selfish once again and never looked like he was willing to make that extra pass when needed.

Forwards

Rasmus Hojlund – 7: He scored to bring them level in the first half, but never managed to come close to scoring for the rest of the match.

Substitutes

Marcus Rashford – 5

Harry Maguire – 5

Noussair Mazraoui – 5

Mason Mount – 4

Joshua Zirkzee – 4

Manager

Rubem Amorim – 8: There was nothing he could do today as the players were making too many mistakes on the pitch.

Goalkeeper

Matz Sels – 7.5: The goalkeeper made really good saves and was confident in coming out to claim the ball too. There was little he could do about the goals.

Defender

Ola Aina – 6.5: There was very little he had to do today as he was hardly troubled. Garnacho makes making his life easy today.

Nikola Milenkovic – 7.5: Scored the opening and he was ready to challenge the Manchester United players full game. He won all his aerial duels as well.

Murillo – 6.5: Made sure Manchester United attackers were not getting any space and kept closing down. He did not compete for a single duel today.

Nico Williams – 6: He was challenged by Diallo a lot and he had trouble dealing with the United star.

Midfielders

Elliot Anderson – 7: It was a game he would be wondering what went wrong. He never got involved in Nottingham’s attacks and but finished with an assist.

Ryan Yates – 8: The Swiss star stayed back and kept the Manchester United midfield on their toes. He was ready to challenge them at every chance.

Jota Silva – 6: Never in the right position though he came close to scoring twice. He just could not link up well with his teammates.

Morgan Gibbs-White – 8: He scored once and assisted as many times to get them the win over Manchester United. He was all over the pitch and ready to help his teammates.

Callum Hudson-Odoi – 7: The former Chelsea man got an assist today but never took a shot in the game.

Forwards

Chris Wood – 7.5: Scored a goal and made things hard for the Manchester United defenders.
